Bishop Design have collaborated with leading global brands and tapped into the craftsmanship of local vendors. Each piece of the interior has been thoughtfully chosen, each element handpicked to embody the essence of Major Food Group. The result is a cohesive, curated experience where every corner tells a story, fitting seamlessly into the overall vision. 

Some of the elements reminiscent of the original location include the signature red and blue checkered floor, iconic dining chairs, and intimately lit chandeliers crafted in Italy and France. Coffered ceiling in patinated metal tiles creates a cozy impression of a place that has always been here.

Paul Bishop collaborated closely with Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznick, Will Nazar, and the leadership team at Major Food Group to bring their vision to life in this new venue. Together, they ensured that every design detail reflects their culinary artistry and deep passion for hospitality.
