Kapitol Opens at Rixos Premium JBR

Dubai has a huge new social gaming destination and it was designed by our team at Bishop Design.

Our latest experiential hospitality project has come to life at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, bringing eight interactive gaming experiences, a premium food and beverage offering and vibrant social spaces together under one roof.

Spanning 30,000 sq. ft. across three immersive levels, Kapitol is a game-led entertainment venue created for Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG). The project marks the group’s entry into the social gaming sector, introducing a new hospitality vertical and a natural evolution of its lifestyle portfolio.

 

Redefining the F&B Experience 

The client brief called for a large-scale, multi-level entertainment destination that could balance high-capacity operational requirements with a memorable guest experience.

The result is a dynamic venue designed to attract a broad demographic through layered entertainment, atmospheric interiors and carefully choreographed moments of discovery.

Inspired by the Golden Age of cinema and the timeless glamour of Art Deco, Kapitol brings high-energy gaming and elevated lifestyle hospitality together within a striking, cinematic setting.

From axe throwing and Formula 1 simulators to VIP bowling, karaoke with The Voice, retro arcades, interactive mini golf, batting cages and electric shuffleboard, each level presents a distinct world where cutting-edge technology meets nostalgic charm.

The entertainment line-up includes 10 Brunswick bowling lanes featuring Spark technology and projection-mapped games, alongside an exclusive private bowling area. Interactive mini golf is powered by Puttify, while Wave Italy Pro racing simulators recreate GT circuits for head-to-head competition.
