Exciting New Talent Joins Bishop Design to Drive Global Expansion

At Bishop Design, we're thrilled to announce a series of key new hires that mark an exciting chapter in our journey. As part of our ambitious five-year plan, we have welcomed talented professionals who will play a crucial role in helping us shape the future of the brand, reinforce our leadership in the design industry, and expand our global footprint.

Among our exciting new additions is Kimberly Dean, who has stepped into the newly created role of Associate Director. With her background in marketing, sales, and business development, Kimberly will support our growth and help take some of the weight off Managing Director Mehmet Aktash’s shoulders. This shift gives Mehmet the freedom to focus on the bigger picture—pushing Bishop Design into fresh markets and new ventures. While we’re keeping some of our plans under wraps for now, there are some seriously exciting developments on the horizon.

Kimberly’s already embracing the challenge with enthusiasm, saying, “I’m beyond excited to be part of this incredible team. Working closely with Mehmet and the rest of the leadership to drive our next chapter is a challenge I can’t wait to dive into.”

 

Expanding Our Creative Capabilities

 

Paula Sastre has joined us as Design Project Manager, bringing her extensive experience from Spain and Dubai. Paula will ensure that every project maintains the high standards we’re known for while acting as a vital bridge between clients and our design team, facilitating smooth and effective communication.

Our design management team has also been strengthened by the addition of Mandi Carrillo and Ma. Jean Paulyn as Design Managers. Mandi, a seasoned professional in the region’s design landscape, and Jean, with her versatility and leadership, will work together to oversee team coordination and ensure every detail in our designs is flawless.

Adding even more creative power to our team, Dayu Djuanda who has joined as Senior Interior Designer. With extensive experience in corporate, hospitality, and F&B projects across Asia and Australia, Dayu brings fresh energy and new perspectives to our design roster.

Sandeep Nayar has took on the role of Post Contract Design Manager. Sandeep’s expertise in managing project execution will play a vital role as we take on increasingly complex, large-scale projects. His role will help us maintain seamless project delivery and uphold our commitment to excellence.
