As Dubai Restaurant Week (9^th - 25th May) unfolds, we’re taking a moment to reflect on some of the incredible dining experiences we’ve had the pleasure of designing. This annual celebration of the city’s finest restaurants highlights the talent and creativity of the culinary world, and we're proud to contribute by creating spaces that bring these extraordinary concepts to life.

Here are some of the standout restaurants that feature our design work, each offering a unique atmosphere to complement the flavors they serve:

En Fuego:

A vibrant, fiery concept that mirrors the energy of the food it serves. Designed to spark excitement from the moment you walk in, En Fuego is as bold in design as it is in flavor.

Studio Frantzen:

Where sophistication meets cutting-edge design. This restaurant captures the essence of modern dining with spaces that enhance the overall experience, offering both elegance and innovation. It’s rare to find a project where the chef’s philosophy, the brand’s DNA, and the designer’s vision align so perfectly. Studio Frantzén is that project. It’s a restaurant, yes—but more than that, it’s a world unto itself.

• Duo Gastrobar

Combining sleek modern aesthetics with a cozy ambiance, Duo offers a perfect backdrop for friends and food lovers within a warm, welcoming environment.

Scalini Cucina

A contemporary twist on classic Italian cuisine, Scalini Cucina blends traditional elements with refined design, reflecting its culinary craftsmanship. The essence of upscale dining is seamlessly fused with the relaxed atmosphere of casual café culture, creating a gateway to luxury that remains accessible to a broad audience and perfectly caters to the diverse, dynamic foot traffic of its mall setting.

Carna

A steak lover’s dream, Carna is helmed by renowned Italian butcher Dario Cecchini and housed within the luxurious 5* SLS Hotel and Residences Dubai (another Bishop Design special, might we add). Embracing the philosophy that some things are best left untouched, we approached the renovation with a light hand—enhancing rather than overhauling. The result is an intimate design that elevates the artistry of the menu while preserving the soul of the original concept.

Fi'lia

A celebration of Italian tradition and modern design. The space evokes a sense of warmth and familiarity, making it the perfect place for enjoying exceptional cuisine in a comfortable  setting with stunning views of the city landscape.
