Deeply rooted and focused around the dynamics of an emerging millennial market and travelers alike, we have set out to create a new type of hotel offering for the market which we consider to become a roll out moving forward into new demographics through China, Asia, Middle East and on a further international scale. The design dynamic for this new hotel has been inspired from the surroundings where the entity is inspired by the culture and sub-culture of China. The interior design has been adapted to elevate these sentiments through visual iconography and subliminal messaging through different surfaces, colors and textures in a playful and art driven way. What has been created is predominately an art space that people interact with, where technology plays an integral role across the interior. The two elements have been juxtaposed to create a visual dynamic and fresh approach for the desired market of millennial travelers, but also attractive for other market segments.
