The morning started off with a delivery from Gucci to the Bishop Design studio…

“The receptionist at the Bishop Design office has to stand up to greet me because of the awards obscuring her view. A nearby table – not far from a pair of Vespa scooters – is also groaning with awards for a string of recognizable restaurants and Bars in Dubai such as La Serre, Boca, Nusr-et Steakhouse and Little Black Door.”

Paul sits on one of his vespas in a Gucci jacket delivered to the studio earlier that morning whilst talking to Rob Chilton from Edgar magazine on exciting recent and upcoming projects in the studio including Scalini & Torno Subito, but also gets more personal from his younger days when his lecturer referred to his music as a piece of jazz, through to now where he still prefers to look for inspiration in libraries rather than the internet.
